It is obvious that a country can not get ahead with an average literacy rate so it is important that the illiteracy has to be removed to a minimum proportion. With this aim, primary education has been considered as compulsory for all. But this is not taking place because of various reasons. Some of them are as follows; Lack of public awareness: Most people are unaware about the necessity of education. Maximum parents/guardians of Bangladesh are illiterate so that they are not conscious about their children’s education.

Besides they can not realize the significance of education that this is the key elements in the age of information and globalization. * Financial restriction: being a developing country the financial opportunities are very limited for the people. As a result of this poverty curse Parents are being compelled to send their children to the street instead of school to earn money in various ways.

In consequence these children are becoming habituated in many illegal and crime activities like hijacking, pick pocketing, thieving etc. * Lack of institutions: The country does not have enough school as is required to fulfill the country population’s demand. A high average of less than 10 years old children can not go to the school due to the distant location of the school from the residence. There fore the enrollment of primary school is not performing accordingly. Lack of infrastructure: The landscape of this country is very unlike.

As a result the infrastructure is not healthy especially in countryside. The people that are living in the remote areas or at marshy land are unable to reach school as because of no feeder road from home to school. ; Providing free opportunity for the slum children to get primary education. There are two other cancer hospitals in the private sector-the Shania Mission Cancer Hospital and Delta Oncology Center. These hospitals provide diagnostic facilities and treatment in the form of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and re-constructive surgery. Needless to say, with thousands of patients requiring treatment, counseling and rehabilitation, these It is a well-known fact that inadequacy of treatment combined with preferential access to health services is the main reason why almost 35% of our cancer patients go to the neighboring countries for their treatment.

Hence the necessity for building up many more centers for the treatment of cancer patients in the shortest possible time can not be over emphasized. Therefore, Karma Foundation is going to inaugurate their “Cancer Care Center” on July 2012 in Dacha city to facilitate the cancer patients and attending parents, living in the rural areas, with free accommodation near the hospital area, while any additional family member can stay at a nominal cost of TX. 30/day to minimize misuse f the facility.
