Using gestures to emphasis the meaning of words. Using a vocabulary of between 3 to 20 words Participating in simple finger rhymes and continuing to enjoy books. Over extending words that Is using a single word to Identify all similar objects e. G. All round objects are called ball.

Emotional development: Like to get their way and get very angry if adult says No! Have emotional out bursts (temper tantrums,) when they don’t get their way or if they are frustrated e. G.
