Date: Outline guidelines, procedures codes of practice relevant to personal work Guidelines, procedures and codes of practice are put into place to allow me to work effectively within the company.
If these weren’t followed, it could cause problems within my work or hurt the level of business the company receives. Some of the procedures and guidelines I follow include giving good customer service, keeping intact information and personal information private, answering the phone and any emails professionally, how to gather and store information and keeping the office diary up to date.
Explain the purpose of planning work, and being accountable to others for own work
Planning allows everyone involved in a certain project to know what has to be completed when so that the client gets what they want on time. It helps to priorities work and also helps to make sure that work is not unnecessarily repeated. Having a plan allows me to know what others are working on and allows others to know what I m working on. I will be accountable for others for my own work so I can carry out what is expected of me.
Explain the purpose and benefits of agreeing realistic targets for work It is beneficial to agree realistic targets as it makes sure the projects are not rushed, people are not put under unnecessary stress, colleagues and managers are not being let down and the client is getting what they asked for.

Realistic targets for work can be agreed by making sure that the work is actually Seibel to do in that amount of time whilst also considering that another important task may come up during that time.
Describe ways of planning work to meet agreed deadlines
Meeting with the other people involved on the project to discuss all of the work that has to be done will be beneficial to all as everyone will be able to say how long they e w take teem wanly makes It more AT a Tall process to all Involved I n everyone will create their own list so they can finish work in order of priority and so that they can stay on schedule. If I felt as if I wasn’t going to make the deadline, I loud inform the manager as soon as possible to see what could be done.

If I didn’t think I was going to meet the deadline and I didn’t tell anyone, it would make the project more rushed and the client would be losing out on quality. Telling a manager means that they could help me repositories my work or ask someone to help me.
Explain the purpose and benefits of letting other people know work plans need to be changed
If my work plans need to be changed, I should inform my manager as soon s possible as I could get help to make sure that my work is finished on time.
If I don’t inform anyone, it could cause problems to my colleagues, managers and on me.
Describe types of problems that may occur during work
Some problems which may occur include equipment braking or not working properly, such as losing internet or phone lines, people not providing me with the correct information to carry out a Job, colleagues being away from the office and having too many projects to do at once.
Describe ways of seeking assistance with getting help to resolve problems
Some ways f resolving problems would be to speak with my managers to see if they can help.
If they are not available then I would ask my colleagues. Make sure that you ask the right person when you need help, for example if there is a problem with IT, as someone who specialists or knows about that area.
Explain the purpose and benefits of recognizing and learning from mistakes
Learning from my mistakes will help me and others around me in the workplace. My colleagues will know that I have admitted my mistake and will be in a position to try and correct it so that I won’t make the same mistake again.
