Barnyard’s is a British charity, the charity founded by the Irish Doctor Thomas John Barnyard in 1866, to care for vulnerable children and young people. Aims:- * The biggest aim to the Charity Is helping children. Providing workshops and other activities designed to assist males careers In having better relationships with their children and significant others in their lives.
Organizing conferences and other forums to raise awareness and understanding of the issues within communities and amongst professionals and policy makers. Objectives:- * Providing Information and advice. Providing workshops and other activities for children and mothers to enable sharing of their issues. * Supporting and developing mediation and reconciliation * Decrease poor children in lone parent families, in disabled adult, and initiatives. Fewer poor Pakistani and Bangladesh children. * Promotional activity to help breakdown the negative stereotypes of fathers. Working in collaboration with other organizations within the field.
Barnyard’s has met Its alms by providing a big and different help to all children by different ways, for example; relief and assistance of children and young people in need; the promotion of the education of children and young people; the promotion among children and young people of the knowledge of the Christian faith or the faith in which they were brought up; and the relief of the poor, sick, handicapped and aged, In addition children care such as; -Where a child’s liberty Is at Issue because of behavioral problems, such as special care applications -Where a parent Is unable or unwilling to fully participate in the proceedings, or where there are significant nationalities, language, or cultural differences -Where the child is likely to be placed in long-term care, or where brothers and sisters might be separated. -Where the child’s wishes differ significantly from the care plan placed before the court -Where there is a substantial dispute over the care plan – especially when there are changes In access between a child and their family. However when Barnyard’s founded, it ran 96 homes caring for more than 8,000 hillier and now Barnyard’s helps more than 100,000 children, young people and their families every year.
