Having lack f patience can lead to anxiety. Reflection: Write a one-paragraph reflection on what was most interesting to you in the SOOT analysis. The part that interest me the most about the SOOT analysis is weaknesses. It made me realize that I need to work more on improving these so they do not become a reality.
