Cataracts recently obtained La Boilable, (which Is known for It fruit-laden pastries and various breads), In 2012 for a total of $100 million In cash. At the time, Chief Executive Howard Schultz said the purchase was an Investment In Cataracts’ growing food business.
The new saturate will feature later hours, closing at pm each night along with various food options Including sandwiches and build-your-own burgers, along with a full bar serving; cocktails, beers, and various wines. This Is something that we’ve never seen at our local Cataracts’ chains. Some speculation of Cataracts’ starting to expand their menu like this has been talked about for years, and now is finally coming into action. Even though Cataracts is opening La Boilable with a more extensive menu.
The original Cataracts locations will still be offering their various coffees, lattes, and fine baked goods, Cataracts will also extend its post-4 p. M. Evenings menu to thousands of stores around the country. Many people are excited to see these new changes, and are anticipating whether it will be successful or not. The move is part of an overall trend by Cataracts to expand beyond its expertise in coffee into areas such as tea and juice. The opening for La Boilable is set for Thursday June 12th 2014.
