The goal Is to Improve ablest to present information clearly and appropriately, but also to improve language skills. It Is believed that those skills will be gained during the degree but also through work experience, taking advantage of volunteering and enhancing English vocabulary by reading books.
But as well as developing another foreign language could be a big opportunity in future and enriching communication skills. Understanding the world of work & Business awareness Business awareness is about the business environment by understanding what the job involves, its activities, which skills and attributes are needed to be successful. And It Is also Important to understanding how the company operates. In previous work experience, it was essential to have a close contact with people; several skills were developed but also experience and confidence was gained.
Putting Into practice what was learned, it Is planned to work In the tourism Industry as a Passenger service Agent, through this time a wider range of understanding and knowledge of the company and its roles can be gained. As a Passenger Service Agent it is important to deliver a professional service to the customer, good communication, able to be calm under pressure, to work proactively and Independently, to enjoy working with people and to be aware of different culture and their religions, to be hardworking and flexible. Ethical Awareness
Ethical awareness is important as part of everyday life and especially as professional. It involves many aspects such as copyright, plagiarism, purposeful expression of feelings, being aware of people from different cultures and religions etc. Growing up in a Christian parenthood and taking part in a church community ethical awareness was always taught and seen very important. Ethical awareness will avoid conflicts; helps to prevent abuses of person but as well as for the business. 1 OFF Creativity is the process of bringing something new into being, creativity requires passion and commitment. Anima N. Creativity is the act of turning new and creative ideas into reality and is a skill which anyone can learn, but of course some people are better in it than others. Creative activities has always been part of personal interests such as taking pictures, editing them on the computer or taking part in other activities. In this year it was enjoyed to learn new skills in web design as part of the degree course. It is believed to develop further skills during the degree by attending classes or on the computer but as well as in everyday life by bringing new ideas into action.
Problem solving is also a part of reiterative and initiative, analyzing different situations is a good start to have different solutions. Leadership Having a family requires leadership in many occasions; this has developed confidence towards multiple situations, as well as professionally. Good leadership requires attitudes and behaviors, it involves helping people and organizations to perform and develop. Leadership is concerned with people and serves the organization and the staff within it.
Leadership requires: integrity, honesty, humility, courage, commitment, sincerity, passion, confidence, positivist, wisdom, determination, compassion, sensitivity. From past work experience as Care Assistant leadership skills was necessary in order to train new staff that did not have experience or knowledge of the Job and its daily routine. Yet again it is believed to develop further leadership skills during the degree. Self Confidence Self confidence can be improved by little aspect such as: the cloth people wear, if a person does not look good, it changes the way they behave and interact with others.
The posture plays also an important part when it comes to self confidence; by racing a good posture confident will automatically increase. Fitness can improve confidence; being out of shape will result in the feeling of insecurity, unattractiveness and less energetic. Achievements in life will bring long term confidence. In the previous experience during presentations it was experience that more eye contact was needed. Good eye contact makes a positive impression on others and shows confidence. Identifying my weaknesses helped me to improve my self confidence, knowing the capacity inside to continue in the way and never to give up.
