The research topic required a detailed study on the work environment scenario in the hospitality industry, 5 star hotels in specific. The main base of the information was primary and was collected using the questionnaire. The study included only the star hotels and hence the survey covered six 5 star hotels in Pun. Research covers Important questions like, how satisfied are the people In hospitality Industry? Weather the employees get paid as per their expectations or not?

Limitation [1 The research was limited only to the metro cycles as 5 star hotels are predominantly present in these cities. The research was conducted for a sample size of 100 which might not portray the correct picture of work life balance and job satisfaction. CLC Most of the waiters did not know English.
